Job description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage and achieve HANDA sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.

  • Provide technical support or solutions to HANDA inquiries from sales channel.

  • Develop and execute key account management program to create more business from installed base.

  • Effective pursuit of HANDA business directly with Representatives sales engineers.

  • Manage the sales channel to ensure the effective coverage of customer and penetrate new customers or industries.

  • Train sales channel to improve their skill set to be capable to pursue HANDA business.

SCOPE
Countries covered: Around the world


Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.

JOB COMPETENCIES

  • Special products technical support

  • Good communication with LBP and end user.

  • Strategy implement HANDA business.

  • PC literate.

  • Ability to plan and organize

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

  • Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials.

  • 3+ years’ experience in instrument, automation, engineer or process industry. Experience in Valve sales is better.

  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Require 50% travel time on sales activities.
